Gnocculli di San Giuseppe
St. Joseph Gnocculli
Ingredients |
500 gr flour
3 eggs
salt
sugar
cinnamon
oil.

Preparation |
How to make the St. Joseph Gnocculli:
Knead the flour with the eggs and a little salt. Roll out the pastry very thinly and cut it into strips of 2 mm. twist them (two or three at a time).
Put together the tips of each plait, forming a ring. Fry them in abundant boiling oil and serve them sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon.
Serves 4
