Penne campane con fagiolini e pomodori secchi
Neapolitean penne with beans and dry tomatoes
Ingredients |
- 350 g penne
- 1 clove garlic
- 40 g of oil
- 300 g chopped tomatoes chopped
- 300 g fine green beans
- 80 g Sundried tomatoes
- Oregano
- Salt.

How to make the Penne campane con fagiolini e pomodori secchi:
In a pan fry the garlic with oil, add the chopped fresh tomato pulp, salt and cook for 3 or 4 minutes over high heat.
Bring salted water to a boil with the beans 'private ends', add the ziti broken into 2 or 3 parts and cook.
Meanwhile blend the dried tomatoes in oil, add them to tomato sauce and finished with a little oregano.
Drain the pasta with the beans and season with the sauce.
