    Bear hunting: 16th-century reconstruction (August)
  • Cembra: Raglio Palio: Costume parade, games, music and donkey race (July)
  • Don: The Bonfire: Folklore evening by a campfire in the woods (August)
  • Folgaria: Folklore Parade of the Brava Part (August)
  • Fondo: "On the way to Santiago": Historical reconstruction of the pilgrimage to Compostela (July)
  • Lomaso: Mountain Celebration (June)

  • Molina di Fiemme: Woodcutter Festival (September)
  • Predazzo: Touring the 12 mountain farms: Visit the oldest mountain farms and taste local dishes (August)
  • Riva del Garda: The Night of Fairy Tales August. Last Sunday in August. Fiery spectacle in this lakeside resort with alpine background. Local call it the Notte di Fiaba. (August)
  • San Candido: Ice Sculpture Festival (January)
  • San Lorenzo in Banale: "As We Were": Celebration of the past (July)
  • Stenico, Fiave', Lomaso and Bleggio: History and Legend: Itinerant Performance in the Historic Sites (July)
  • Tesero: The Nativity Representation (December)
  • Trentino: "The Mirror of the Stars": European firework competition on 11 Trentino lakes (Caldonazzo, delle Piazze, Garda, Idro, Lases, Lavarone, Ledro, Madonna di Campiglio, Santa Giustina, Serraia) (August)

Carnival

During the month of February, towns all over the province of Trento celebrate Carnival. Most festivities include costumed parades and all sorts of local folklore, along with alot of good food and harmless carousing. Here are some of the best:
