Production area

It's a grape of ancient origins, its diffusion is limited to the low Tirso Valley, particularly the territory of the Comune of Cabras. In practice being extinct, it was rediscovered by Azienda Contini, currently the only producer of Nieddera Rosso.

All dishes based on red meats, very good with game amd medium aged cheeses
